Cherry Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ small banana

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • ½ tbsp maple syrup

  • 100mL cherry juice (100% juice)

  • 150mL unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method (serves 1):

  1. In a large container with a lid, combine all ingredients and stir gently.

  2. Store it in the fridge until ready to eat.
