Cherry Berry Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ small banana
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ tbsp maple syrup
100mL cherry juice (100% juice)
150mL unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method (serves 1):
In a large container with a lid, combine all ingredients and stir gently.
Store it in the fridge until ready to eat.
