Breakfast Berry Parfait
Ingredients:
5 strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
½ tbsp mint
½ cup natural muesli
1 cup high protein yoghurt (Chobani Fit or Yo PRO or Pauls protein Plus)
1 tbsp honey
Method: (serves 1)
Wash berries and mint. Dice the strawberries.
Select containers/jars for each serve.
For each serving place 2 tbsp of muesli to the bottom of each layer. Top with 1/2 cup of yoghurt and drizzle with 1/2 tbsp of honey. Sprinkle blueberries and strawberries.
Repeat layers. Top with remaining 2tbsp of muesli. Garnish each glass or container with a strawberry and optional mint leaves.
