She has extensive experience in medical, surgical, oncology, orthopaedic, diabetes, paediatric and community-based nursing, as well as clinical nursing.

    Rachel holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management. She is passionate about diabetes education and helping people develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills needed to manage their diabetes and improve their long-term health.

    Rachel provides education and support across all areas of diabetes care, including Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). She works with clients to build practical self-management skills and improve their understanding of their condition, treatment and long-term health.

    Amanpreet Sagu is an experienced Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with experience in diabetes management, weight loss, and chronic disease care. She has a strong background in both individualized patient care and group education, focusing on evidence-based interventions.

    With a Master’s Degree in Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph (Canada), Amanpreet has worked in various clinical settings across Australia and Canada, including private practice, diabetes centers, and community outreach programs.

    Her key competencies include expertise in diabetes care, including insulin titration, pump therapy, and carbohydrate counting; nutrition therapy for type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes; program planning, implementation, and evaluation; and interdisciplinary collaboration with GPs, exercise physiologists, and allied health teams.

    Amanpreet is a dynamic leader in community outreach initiatives, having led diabetes education programs and training sessions for healthcare professionals. She is multilingual, fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu, making her particularly effective in engaging culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

    Katja graduated from the University of Queensland (UQ) with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise Science and a Master's in Dietetics. She recently became a qualified Diabetes Educator through Curtin University.

    With extensive experience in evidence-based nutrition assessment and interventions, her current focus areas include chronic diseases (diabetes and cardiovascular), obesity (including bariatric surgery), food intolerances (IBS, IBD), deficiency-related diseases (osteoporosis, vitamin/mineral deficiencies), coeliac disease, malnutrition, eating disorders, vegan/vegetarian diets, pediatric nutrition, and women’s health (fertility, PCOS).

    Her main areas of interest include:

    - Eating disorders (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder)

    - Pediatric nutrition (fussy eating, weight management, malnutrition)

    - Food intolerances and diseases (Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Coeliac Disease)

    - Diabetes (Type 1, Type 2, Gestational)

    Neal is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Exercise Physiologist recognised for his integrated, evidence-based approach to chronic disease management and preventative health. Combining expertise in both nutrition and exercise physiology, Neal has a particular interest in supporting people with diabetes, cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis, with a strong professional focus on optimising heart health through lifestyle medicine.

    A graduate of The University of Queensland in Exercise Physiology and Edith Cowan University in Dietetics, Neal brings a broad and highly practical skillset to client care. His dual accreditation allows him to bridge the gap between nutrition and exercise prescription, delivering coordinated care that improves accessibility and provides clients with a more streamlined, holistic approach to their health.

    Neal is passionate about empowering people to take control of their health through strategies grounded in science but tailored to real life. He has a particular interest in dispelling the myth that nutrition is rigid or all-or-nothing, helping clients move away from confusion and toward sustainable, balanced approaches that support long-term success. His philosophy centres on achievable change, personalised care and building confidence through education.

    Known for his calm, thoughtful and clear-cut approach, Neal finds the greatest reward in seeing clients make meaningful changes that genuinely work for them—whether improving metabolic health, building strength and function, or reducing chronic disease risk. His growing reputation is built on combining clinical rigour with approachable, practical care that helps people achieve lasting results.

    Outside the clinic, Neal enjoys rugby, mountain biking and great Thai food, bringing the same energy for performance, wellbeing and balance into both his professional practice and personal life.

    Jean has a wealth of experience in the areas of administration, patient care and wellbeing. Her passion is to assist clients on their journey to achieving good health and assist them in accessing timely and professional health services. She takes pride in knowing when patients receive good health care and will do everything in her power to facilitate the patient journey in a positive manner.

    Jean’s experiences stem from previous employment through large retail businesses and administrative positions all the way through to dual directing an owner operated small business with her husband.
