Chocolate Mousse

Craving a sweet treat? Try out this chocolatey high protein low sugar dessert.

Ingredients: (serves 1)

  • 2 tsp cacao powder

  • 1 tub (160-170g) Chobani Fit OR Yo Pro yoghurt (opt for vanilla or the Yo Pro salted caramel flavour!)

  • 5 strawberries

Method:

1.    Add 3/4 yoghurt, and cocao powder to blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Pour into a small bowl.

2.    Add the rest of the yoghurt and sliced berries to the top.
