Tricep Push-Down Tutorial

Last week, we gave a little pre-cursor to this video, addressing the controversial topic surrounding a tricep push-down on a cable machine: do you use a bar or a rope?

This week, Exercise Physiologist Matthew Miller is demonstrating how to do a tricep push-down on a cable machine (and yes, he’s using the rope; and no, it’s not the only correct answer).

In this video, you will find out about the correct form for a tricep push-down, what incorrect form looks like, and something about a hundred dollar bill?

To find out more about how an Exercise Physiologist could help you, or to book a one-on-one session with one of our qualified EP’s, book online or give us a call on (07) 3088 2323.

We also stock equipment for you to be able to use (if you’d rather avoid the gym and do your own workouts at home, or when travelling) - such as dumbbells and resistance bands and loops.
