Savoury Turmeric Omelette Wraps with Greens & Feta
Ingredients:
2 eggs (can also add in ΒΌ cup of egg whites for extra protein)
1 tsp turmeric + pinch black pepper
1 cup baby spinach
ΒΌ cup crumbled feta
1 tsp olive oil
Optional: cherry tomatoes
Method:
Whisk eggs with turmeric, pepper, and a splash of water.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add spinach until wilted.
Pour in eggs and cook like a thin omelette.
Sprinkle feta and fold over.
Serve with fresh tomatoes or salmon on top.
