No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

Serves 10

Ingredients

-            35mL coconut oil

-            70g vanilla protein powder

-            50g flour

-            65g maple syrup (can use the sugar free option)

-            140g peanut butter

-            Pinch of salt

-            150g chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

Method:

1.       Line a baking tin with baking paper.

2.       Melt the coconut oil and place in a bowl with the protein powder, flour, maple syrup, peanut butter and salt. Stir to combine. Stir in 50g of the chocolate chips and stir to combine. Add the mixture into the lined baking tin and press down to spread evenly through the tin.

3.       Melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave. Once melted pour over the top of of the cookie dough slice. Spread evenly. Place in the fridge for about an hour before slicing.
