Frozen Berry Yogurt Bark

 

Serves 4-6

Ingredients:

·       2 cups Greek yogurt

·       2–3 tsp honey or maple syrup

·       1 cup mixed berries

·       2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Method:

  1. Spread yogurt on a lined baking tray.

  2. Drizzle with honey and scatter berries + nuts.

  3. Freeze for 2–3 hours until solid.

  4. Break into pieces and serve.
