Citrus & Coconut Sorbet

 

Ingredients: serves 4-6

·       Juice of 3 oranges

·       Juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime

·       2–3 tsp honey

·       2 tbsp shredded coconut

Method:

  1. Mix citrus juices with honey and a bit of water.

  2. Freeze in a shallow dish, stirring every 30–40 minutes until sorbet texture forms.

  3. Sprinkle with shredded coconut before serving.
