Use of Treadmill for Warm-Up

Today we have something a bit different! Our Managing Director and Exercise Physiologist Brady Schulz is here to talk you through the correct use of a treadmill for your warm-up.

This is particularly helpful for those of us who end up on a treadmill at a steady pace, scrolling on our phones and hoping it’ll do the work for us. If this is you, then you may find this video of assistance. Brady also speaks to those of us who are unable to keep up a lively pace on the treadmill for a good warm-up, but still need a challenge (hint: it has to do with incline).
