Watermelon & Feta Skewers with Mint

 

Ingredients: serves 4-6

  • 2 cups watermelon cubes (~2 cm each)

  • 1 cup feta cubes

  • 12–16 fresh mint leaves

  • 1–2 tsp balsamic reduction (optional)

Method:

    1. Skewer watermelon, feta, and mint alternately.

    2. Drizzle lightly with balsamic reduction if desired.

    3. Chill before serving.
