INGREDIENTS
½ cup cottage cheese, reduced fat
2 tbsp frozen mixed berries
1 tsp honey
METHOD
1. Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl or jar.
2. Top with berries and drizzle with honey. If using frozen berries, you may want to mix them through the cottage cheese and let stand for 5 min to defrost.
