Coffee protein smoothie
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1 espresso shot
300mL unsweetened almon milk
1 small banana
1 serve of protein powder of choice
¼ cup walnuts
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
2tsp maple syrup
Method:
Pour an espresso shot, or use instant coffee if desired. Leave aside to cool.
Add the coffee, milk, banana (frozen banana works best), protein powder, walnuts, maple syrup and cinnamon to a blender and blend until well mixed.
