Berry Chia Pudding with Almonds & Cinnamon

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds or walnuts

Method:

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and cinnamon.

  2. Chill for 1–2 hours or overnight.

  3. Top with berries and almonds before serving.
