Hygiene in the Gym

Welcome back to #workoutwednesdays! We are so excited to be returning to this well-loved series. Exercise Physiologists Brady and Matt have been busy in the gym prepping some videos for you, and we're excited to come back with some brand new content.

Today, we're starting off with some simple basics: hygiene in the gym! Brady Schulz is here to answer your questions, such as: what am I supposed to do with the wipes that are placed all throughout the gyms? And do you really need to bring a towel?

With the arrival of the cold/flu season, a little hygiene can go a long way! You may roll your eyes at the idea of more hygiene practises, but it could be the difference between staying home from work with the flu and pumping out more of those challenging workouts at the gym.

Use these tips to help you keep yourself fighting fit and healthy, and push the lifestyle that makes you feel unstoppable!
