Macadamia and Mango Chia Pudding

 

(Serves 1)

Ingredients:

200g light Greek yoghurt

1tbsp chia seeds

1 cheek of mango

¼ cup macadamia nuts

1tbsp honey

Method:

  1. Layer the yoghurt in the bottom of a tall mason jar.

  2. Next add the chia seeds, followed by the mango.

  3. Crushed the macadamia nuts and add to the jar before topping with a drizzle of honey.

  4. Either consume immediately or make in bulk to store in the fridge for the week ahead.
